Hey, I'm Joey!
I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran who spent years navigating the VA claims process on my own. Like many veterans, I felt frustrated, overlooked, and worn down by a system that rarely explains itself and often leaves veterans feeling unheard.
During one of the lowest points in my life, I experienced firsthand how critical real support can be after a mental health crisis. That moment changed everything for me. I realized that what happens after a veteran asks for help can be the difference between staying here or not.
That experience is why we partnered with The Headstrong Project to help sponsor free therapy for veterans after hospitalization. Getting help is one thing. Having continued support is what actually keeps veterans moving forward.
Helping other veterans through the VA process became more than just work. It gave me purpose. Guiding veterans who felt underrepresented and underappreciated did not just help them. It helped save my life too.
I have seen firsthand how many veterans deserve better outcomes but lack clear guidance, accurate information, or someone willing to take the time to explain the process. Veteran’s Promise Consulting was built to change that.

We provide education, strategy, and guidance so you can file your own claim confidently.
How do your fees work?

If there is no increase, there is no fee. There are no upfront costs.
Is payment required upfront?
No. We do not charge anything upfront. Payment is only discussed after a successful increase, and interest-free payment options are available.
Do you guarantee an increase?
No. Every VA claim is different, and outcomes depend on medical evidence, service records, and VA decisions.
We do not guarantee results and do not make promises.
Will my VA ratings be reduced if I file a claim?
Filing a claim does not automatically reduce your rating. However, the VA can review conditions related to your claim.

Do I have to use your medical providers?
No. Any medical evidence providers we refer are independent third parties, and working with them is always optional.
